Roasted Garlic Hummus

·         14 oz can chickpeas (reserve liquid)

·         2 teaspoons of roasted garlic confit (or to taste)

·         1 tablespoon of lemon juice

·         salt and pepper

·         chopped chives

Purée chickpeas in a food processor until fine.

Add roast garlic confit and blend in.

Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in chopped chives.

Add reserved liquid if too thick to dip.
