"We have not managed to find one dish that has been less than stellar. Everything this chef attempts is manna."

"Chef Elaina Asselin redefines standards with impeccable technique and disciplined intelligence."

Dinner Parties

We can still eat well in these unfavourable economic times.  Probably not filet mignon and lobster but there is more to food than prime cuts.  Call to book a dinner party at Wicklow Way or at your own home.  We can work out a 3-5 course delicious menu that your guests will love.

Cooking Classes

The focus is practical cooking techniques using local and organic meats, fish and produce. Learn how to bone a leg of lamb, filet a fish or prepare fresh potato gnocchi. Experiment with stocks and vegetable juices to create delicious, rich sauces. What do you do with all those winter squashes? Various cuisines and topics available. Classes can be customized for groups. All classes are hands on.
