We have long had a passion for making (and eating) bread. In her career as a chef, Elaina ran the bakery at Ellipsis on College Street in Toronto. For our Honeymoon six years ago we went to Saskatoon in the frigid month of January to bake breads with our friend Tracey.

In October 2010 we finally started building our wood fired bread oven. The foundation was poured and we restarted construction in the Spring of 2011.

The basic oven was finished in September and we started baking bread. |

Currently we're working on finishing the bake house and getting ourselves prepared for the start of production baking of bread this Spring. |
